Years of experience has been gained, to your benefit, since I was licensed in 1988--to include being a Broker Associate, 2-time CB Sterling Society winner and have earned the Certified Residential Specialist(CRS) designation.
Joy's experience is used to help customers purchase or rent single-family residences and income property near the cities of Jacksonville North Carolina, Camp Lejeune, Swansboro, Hubert, Richlands, Sneads Ferry, and Maysville. I keep current of all transactions in these areas.

Our family has lived in Jacksonville since 1990. My husband is a Adjunct faculty member of Coastal Carolina Community College and we have 3 daughters. A North Carolina native, I graduated from the University of North Carolina-Greensboro with a degree in Geography.
