April 2008
Market was very slow during the last quarter of 2007. But since January we have had a steady increase each month.
As of April we are beginning to see an upturn that jumps each week. Probably with the large increase in troops,
some regrouping of plans took place in the later part of 2007.
Onslow county remains a good value when purchasing a home, and whether renting or buying is a great place to
live. We keep adding more stores and restaurants that other larger places have, which adds to the quality of life.
